Terms of use
Updated October 3, 2026
Aspen is a free destination information and planning plugin operated by Aspen Privé in Aspen, Colorado. These terms cover the plugin’s information tools and trip view. Aspen Privé is an independent local operator; Aspen is not a City of Aspen or government product.
What Aspen provides
Aspen provides provisional trip plans, ski-mountain comparisons, selected dated local updates with source links, and an optional request draft. Coverage is curated and partial. It is not a real-time or exhaustive news, events, weather, traffic, restaurant-availability or mountain-operations service.
Check before acting
Dates, operations, prices and availability can change. Read the linked source and confirm time-sensitive details with the responsible venue or provider before making arrangements. A plan or source link is a suggestion, not confirmation of a reservation, price, availability or provider response.
Optional help from Aspen Privé
Using Aspen does not require contacting Aspen Privé. Preparing a request produces text for you to review. Nothing is sent, stored as an enquiry, booked, paid or subscribed through the plugin. To ask for help, submit the separate website form yourself. Any service, quote, payment or booking requires separate confirmation and applicable provider terms; these plugin terms do not purchase or reserve a service.
Appropriate use
Use only information you are entitled to provide. Send counts and categories rather than guest names, exact addresses, health information, credentials or payment details. Do not use the tools to access private company records, impersonate an official source or interfere with the service.
Privacy, changes and support
Read the Aspen plugin privacy notice. Features and selected source coverage may change; no uninterrupted availability is promised. OpenAI’s own terms apply to ChatGPT separately. Contact paul@aspenprive.com for support, corrections or questions. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
